    Not a writer, from what I read is that they got the deal they wanted. But the deal is only valid for next 3 years and by that time, the studios will have more bargaining power since AI would be much better by then and they have made the Streaming Innovation Alliance for lobbying government for support for future strikes.

      I wondered if there were loopholes, thanks for explaining that. I think the fans of movies and shows have to demand that they don’t use AI, it’s the only way. There was a time when I was young that they were complaining about inserting stars into ads and everyone complained and copyright stepped up as well. I hope that same thing happens here.
