I hope that one day some information security company starts just writing class action lawsuits against online ad agencies for allowing malvertising to be a thing.
Because if a TV network happens to air a commercial that, say, causes some people to have seizures, you bet the network, the advertising agency that filmed the commercial and the company whose products were advertised would all be facing at least some consequences for that.
