Is there a specific reason as to why you’re going with zoom/teams? Because jitsi’s free, already integrated into element, and is a more privacy respecting option.
The company I work for uses Zoom and Teams. If we had a reliable open source messaging bridge with a stable API we could solve a lot of our alerting problems.
it looks like there is a bridge, which works for element specifically, but weirdly enough its not mentioned on their bridges website
