    If someone actually wanted to run Twitter into the ground on purpose, they couldn’t do it better than that.

        He’s the richest guy on Earth, there’s no one to “task” him with anything. Never explain with malice what could better be explained by stupidity.

          Disagree on richest since most of his value (like everyone else on these lists) is from his stock portfolio.

          The actual richest and most powerful people rarely are on these lists.

          Also certain “govts” and authorities who control oil are the ones who most dislike services like twitter so…

        I think he’s just kind of a jackass, and he got himself into something he couldn’t get out of - like he’s always been able to do - and now he’s desperately throwing shit at the wall to fix it. He knows it’s not going well, and maybe he knows that everything he’s trying won’t actually help, but desperate people don’t reason well.

        I’d pity him if he weren’t also human garbage.
