Most of those servers are dead though (including some nitter instances). You will need to manually disable those that don’t work and it’s pain in the ass.

You can see a list of working ones here, only the ones with the x symbol under the online column are dead. You can just pick one and stick with that, rather than cycling through every instance that exists.
