Usual caveats about how things can, and probably have, changed since these videos were recorded.
I did not know about this game but this clip turned me off, the boss seems a bit uninspired, the boss is a paladin but he cast some purple things far away but the cast has no voice or good animation.
Also, these 2 classes seem a little bit generic too, the OP just spam dash the entire fight.I didn’t get to play the beta, so I can’t speak to how the character skills feel. Some things may have changed for the better. Besides dashing to avoid all the aoes in that battle, Niss’ ultimate is a “shadow” dash that does damage. Niss isn’t my play style, so I can’t say I’m excited about her. I’m more excited for other characters.
I don’t know if there’s any lore behind the bosses to help them feel less generic. I hope there is. The bosses and mechanics certainly don’t appear groundbreaking by any means. It still looks fun and challenging to me.

I’m quite conflicted with getting a package for this game. On one hand it looks and seems to play nice and it’s an mmorpg with guns. On the other hand it’s p2w…
The communications team has said that every hero or weapon that you can buy will be available for everyone to grind for in the game. The only exception to that is Heroic Kyros which they wanted to make special for those who buy the Exalted pack, the most expensive one. Also, the shop will not have power. Every player will have to “level up” their weapons. The rest will be cosmetics.
If you’re comfortable enough to go for the base pack, there will be no penalty if you want to upgrade later. You only have to pay the difference. If you’re not comfortable getting one of the packs, free-to-play is scheduled to launch in 6 months.
This looks amazing! I haven’t heard about it until now but I’m 100% checking it out. Reminds me of Wildstar and that’s a very very good thing!
