I’m pretty sure he has already violated it after the verdict was read. How funny would it be that he gets jail time for contempt at his sentencing hearing?

I’m convinced those statements are wrong in some way. Either not comparing houses of similar size or unoccupied units are skewing the numbers. Or they just tell everyone they’re doing horrible to try and sell energy efficiency stuff.
When I compare using figures from my thermostat via beestat.io my house is in the top 40% (uses less energy than 60% of similar homes in my area).
Nobody is arguing that valve shouldn’t be compensated for the value they provide. Many of us do, however, argue they are taking too much. Their revenue per employee being so much higher than anyone else in the market supports that argument.
Collective punishment is a war crime.
Avocado toast or peanut butter toast. I guess technically there is some sort of cooking involved there but it is minimal…
In a normal functioning political party he wouldn’t. But the Republican party is more like the cult of Trump right now than a political party, so… 🙁
That guy is essential the head of the Republican party, which controls half of Congress and holds a majority of seats on the Supreme Court. When he says jump all of the other Republicans ask how high, while they all try to figure out ways to 1up each other to please him.
So when he speaks, he indicates what he wants to happen which telegraphs actions of all of his sicophants. So if he says “torpedo the border bill” it gets canned. If he says IDGAF about NATO, you can be sure China and Russia see an opening they can exploit.
They also won’t be able to tell you if Microsoft has plans to deport you to Mars.
I bought my first house in 2010, during the last dip in the housing market. Sold every asset I could for the down payment and end up with a mortgage payment I could afford. The value of the home has since increased 3x from when I bought it; I couldn’t afford to buy the place today, let alone move someplace else. My major source of frustration has been property taxes, which now cost 1.5x more than my mortgage payment. I’m not entirely certain I’ll be able to STAY in this place if they keep going up 20%/year like they have been.
Do it then. Nobody else in the industry seems able to.
When it comes to space programs and launch costs/waste, SpaceX is at the bottom of the list. Nobody puts stuff in space cheaper than they do. And not by a small margin.
For comparison, the cost for SLS to launch into earth orbit is $4.1B. TO LAUNCH. Development costs for that program have exceeded $27B. They have been working on it since 2011. It has launched exactly one time over a year ago.
The entire contract to SpaceX to fully develop and launch a moon lander is less than the cost of launching a single SLS rocket.
Wtf are you on about? We give SpaceX nowhere near the funds we give NASA.
We gave NASA $25 billion this year.
SpaceX was awarded a $2.9B contract to fund the entire “land starship on the moon” program (a non cost+ contact I might add) spanning multiple years. They launched two sets of crew to the iss this year, at an estimated cost of ~700m. They have had one cargo mission this year at a cost of about $150m.

It looks like the warhead went off during flight. The explosion/fireball was most likely from unspent fuel from the the rocket. It definitely wasn’t a high energy explosion, it was more like the “atomize and set fire to gasoline” explosion fx you see in movies.
The evidence available makes it pretty clear that the hospital was not /targeted/. That makes the incident a tragic accident, not a deliberate overt act – regardless of who is ultimately responsible.
There is currently only one verified video of the rocket strike. At best you can discern the direction the rocket came from, not who fired it. The magnitude of the explosion and the direction it came from makes it more likely to be an Israeli rocket, but that isn’t conclusive.
Everything else you’ve seen is fake/propaganda.
The whistle tells you the direction the rocket came from relative to the position of the camera. We know the rocket had to pass over the camera position before striking the hospital, and from that you can extrapolate where it came from.
None of the videos purporting to show a misfired rocket align with the one verified video showing the strike. The video posted by idf of what they claim is the rocket barrage responsible for hitting the hospital was shown to have been taken after the hospital strike (and has since been removed from their post).
There is a lot of finger pointing and blame going on right now. I’m less inclined to believe the side misrepresenting evidence, but neither side can be trusted on their word alone. This means we need evidence, which is in short supply at the moment.

I’d be perfect departure time man. Able to determine exactly when to leave in order to arrive at your destination on time, regardless of traffic, weather, or other conditions encountered along the way.
It is irrelevant. However, the next guy can walk in and do the opposite and the victims will have no recourse.
