Yeah this is interesting. I might ask a manager about this on my next trip.

I went from an 07 Escape to a 2023 RAV4. The thing just won’t shut the fuck up. Mike any kinda of parking the detection beeps. Console software is annoying.
Miss my relatively dumb car.
If they are trying to monetize popular NSFW subs they cannot monetize with ads, a paywall would probably just kill the engagement.
If they are trying to compete with OnlyFans and rev share with the sub creator I could maybe see that working.
Awww skeet skeet mutha fuckaaaa
Silver Nissan does it again!
What would you use this feature for?
Widows tend to hang out closer to the ground. I wouldn’t worry much about the rafters.
Darker crevices, debris piles, larger leaning items that go undisturbed for a while.
Sounds like you had a recent hatch in your garage. This is time of year for it. It depends on your risk tolerance. If you have a lot of stuff in your garage that you need to access, I’d probably call a professional. It there aren’t many hiding places for them, I would just vacuum up the ones that I would likely come into contact with.
How many Widows we talking here? They’re common, but if you can see 10+ in one garage that sounds like an infestation you want dealt with professionally.
Yup niche communities is spot on. I’m into disc golf but most of the community news and local club updates still primarily occur on FB. This is also an extension of suburban and rural community popularity.
I don’t see how it could be enforced without this. If you are operating internationally, comply or block your service from regions you cannot legally operate in.
Personally I don’t think Lemmy should comply. It’s an ad free community service with zero PII obligation besides an email and whatever IP you choose to connect from. No one has to be on Lemmy for any common social obligations.
If you want to be forgotten then leave!
Conservatives would counter 10M to stay on the court and consider it a deal.
Yeah just pure profiteering, selling receivers with legal MG serial numbers.
It’s the same BS in California. Handgun roster requires manufacturers complete ‘safety testing’ in order to certify their models approved for sale. Manufacturers largely don’t comply. Naturally, law enforcement is exempt from the same purchasing requirements.
Cops get Gen 5 Glocks while normal folks can purchase Gen 3 models. Then sell them privately to flip for profit.
Sorry, I don’t think GGP meets OP’s requirements of huge fuggin sky scrapers next to it.
We’ll have to change to Richmond and Sunset zoning requirements and try again.
I would like to imagine a world where site advertising was reasonable. Ad blockers don’t exist, sites advertise 1 or 2 banners at $3-5 CPM and everyone gets paid and consumes content in synchrony. It won’t happen. Advertising is setup for ad blocking audiences and iOS cookieless environments. Everyone else subsidizes by viewing the myriad of placements splattered all over the page.
Yeah lot of these people were probably just coming down in the early morning. Surreal and horrifying to imagine being there.
This is true, but they have your encrypted vault, and all the technical data to make unlimited informed attempts at cracking it. If you used LastPass, you definitely need to be changing passwords for your critical services at a minimum.
Sounds like there is no option to pay for the water instead. Let’s be real though, only reason the company was still there because it was free.
Nestle will probably just bottle Arrowhead with municipal water somewhere next to an interstate now.
Randos on Twitter left negative comments with little to no substantive feedback. Fire up the article!
Great read. There’s 70+ million people out there choosing to vote for Trump, why? Even if the answer is complicated you can’t dismiss them all outright.
I see a decent amount of comments painting all republics with one brush. I think it’s low effort and unproductive.
