Mr and Mrs Smith and EA FC 24. I think Donald Glover probably would make a pretty decent central midfielder, now that I think about it.

I feel similarly, except I wish more users were interacted with my sports communities too. Guess it’s a “have your cake and eat it too” kind of problem.
It looks like you can construct scenarios where ICE cars are cheaper than EVs by a fine margin, for instance a mid-sized car that you own for just the wrong amount of time in a country with a high gas subsidy (the United States, for instance) that you don’t drive much. However, for most scenarios, it seems you’ll save 10-15% on the total cost of ownership.
The acronyms TCO (total cost of ownership), ICE (internal combustion engine) and EV (electric vehicle) may help you should you decide to continue research on your own.
I love Athletic Brewing Company. Their Oktoberfest is very good, and their Blueberry Lemon Mango sour is my favorite NA beer on the market. I also really like Best Day, especially their Kolsch.
I’m from Seattle, Washington, and it’s illegal to pretend your parents are rich here. Not sure why, though 🤷♂️
I was just sharing my experience with running the communities for the three clubs in my city. I look forward to hearing about your experience with running all those – I’m sure you’ll do much better than I and much more efficiently.
Just doing a few soccer teams and a league – it’s a lot of time and a lot of infrastructure
I added a user story to the site to reflect this idea! I can’t promise we’ll ship it, but I can promise we’ll think about it.
I’m trying to get a team together to do something similar which you can join if you’re interested: https://dougs-digital-garden.netlify.app/notes/trailsapp/
This is how I generally write documentation for my projects: https://tybalt.org
I feel like maybe you don’t know what a headless component library is. A cli has a head – the terminal. Headless applications, by definition, have no visual portion. For instance, a headless browser is a browser where the web page renders in-memory, but never displays any content. A headless component library, then, is one where the implementor doesn’t provide anything visual, only behavior. For web dev, is very helpful – the library implementator writes all the js, but the css and html (the “head”) are left to the user for use. The best headless component libraries, then have nothing to screenshot without the user supplying some implementation.
What would the world even be like without people feeling the need to be a dick about an obvious joke 😘
Me, developing a headless component library:

You’re probably not gonna have zsh either, though, but I wouldn’t recommend using sh as your shell on your personal dev machine 🤷♂️
The fediverse is less like Twitter and more like email. You sign up for email through a provider, like Gmail or Outlook, and they have control over your access to the other users and pay the costs of running your hardware, the same way you sign up with a particular domain on Lemmy or Mastodon. Like email, you have an inbox that receives messages, and communities are like email groups you join and send messages to. And, like email, it’s based on standards that everyone has agreed on through a group called the w3 consortium.
It would be awesome and an absolute coup for the fediverse and you can’t convince me otherwise.
I just spent last night migrating off goodreads and moving my lists out of libby, and there are definitely still some rough edges, but it’ll get you there.
I use bi personally, but pan people argue that there are more than two genders and they are attracted to all of them. I use bi because my sexuality is dualistic – I have both heterosexual and homosexual attractions. The two are effectively synonymous.
Someone offered a definition here: https://lemmy.world/comment/8529913
From the discussion, that definition may also be a hallucination, though.
