I did not assert that the court gave full immunity for all things, but will now suggest that not every crime is a violation of the constitution, or could not be committed while carrying out a function of the constitution.

Why would immunity be necessary if the act is not otherwise a crime?
Do you have a hook up on some free dog shit?!
Reminds me of the “the medium is the message” phrase, and hope that the creators are going for something unique either to the story or the presentation, but the cynic in me thinks that they may just be doing this to set up a Doomsday Clock movie.
Is the job to be interacting with a computer for the entire duration of your shift? Fuck this incentive structure that requires people to fake touching their computer parts to show that work is being done.
Jesus Elon is my co-pilot
It’s kind of like the scene “there ain’t no rule a dog can’t play basketball” from Air Bud. The constitution has set minimum qualifications to be president, but didn’t bother with the disqualifications because it would be insane to try to conceive of every possible scenario that would disqualify an individual from seeking the presidency.
I’m not Trans, and abso-fucking-lutely don’t want anyone asking what I’ve got between my legs anytime I need to take a shit.
Maybe the best fruit
With proliferation of AI generated content, people aren’t able to identify other human generated content, or be certain that their online interactions are with a bot or human. This scenario has apparently been called the dark forest internet because people will try to preserve their communities by more restrictive curating, effectively hiding both from other humans and bots.
I like some of Kyle’s videos, and I’m not doing a great job of summarizing all of the points made in this one. I found it worth the 15ish minutes, but probably should have watched it at higher speed.
Like a cautionary tale?
I may be a little more comfortable with the weather than I might otherwise be if it weren’t for Greta Thunberg making it a bit harder for corporations to fuck everything up. Does that count?
Otherwise, Carl Sagan.
Pro-life, unless they mouth off or something.
For a rather unsettling take, you may be interested in the concept of the digital panopticon. Because of the degree of surveillance that is possible in what media we consume, it’s also possible that we are intentionally being kept in these echo chambers.

I don’t want to lose any game of Jenga. Am I an overly competitive asshole?
To a large extent I agree, but i think anti slander laws are a generally accepted precedent that limit what people can say to or about another person. It’s possible that the new law follows similar logic, and is intended to prevent harm in much the same way.
I’m not totally familiar with how the Scottish legal system works, but wouldn’t the line be drawn by a jury of peers, and not necessarily the people in power?
Pretty much, except it may be more appropriate to replace “implies” with “determined there was sufficient evidence to conclude”
