I just did some reading, and while Seagate drives had problems around 2012 -2016, they seem to work about as well as any other drive now. I’d go for the best deal, personally.

I second this! I hope you get many years of service from your drive, but I haven’t had much luck with Seagate, personally.

I’m the SO of someone with ADD who was similarly affected. It messed her up for months. Things are just getting back to normal now. On the bright side, she has less insomnia on the new meds.

Let’s face it, apart from nostalgia, season 3 was also pretty bad. I couldn’t believe they did the long-lost son thing for the third time (Kirk, then Picard, then Picard again), then did a bait-and-switch Borg thing which still doesn’t make sense. It was nice to see some of the Enterprise D crew reunite and give the fans some closure, even if the writers ignored years of character development, in some cases.

Reminding me of how much the TNG movies sucked actually makes me a bit less critical of the Picard series.

My partner was a charge nurse on a psych ward for 16 years. Many of her interactions with police were as follows:

POLICE: buzzes the desk
My Parnter: Yes?
P: This is officer so-and-so with the so-and-so police department. We have a warrant for the arrest of a patient on your ward. Let us in.
MP: Okay, but this is a secure ward and firearms are not allowed. Surrender your weapons at the security office and I’ll grant you access to make your arrest when you return.
P: I’M NOT SURRENDERING MY WEAPON!
MP: Well, then can’t enter this ward.
