I’ve been using search engines different from Google search for a year now. I started with You.com and 4/5 months ago I switched to Qwant.
I don’t miss Google search since I can get anything anyway.
Well, it’s not easy. I fell it’s like choosing a Linux distro to use.
I still don’t understand how I this services communicate each other. Ok, they use the same protocol, but practically how can I, on Lemmy, access content from PeerTube or Mastodon?
What does it mean?
