TV satellite of course! Watching tv over the internet(IPTV, OTT) sounds good, but satellite tv is far better IMO(so far, wont last long). Anything related to new satellites, transponders, epg, FTA(free to air) channels and scrambled channels(when they are open), also there are linux boxes like octagon and vu +, where the users create images and addons. I don’t know for USA, but in EU with a big dish you can get lots of things.

This week at 13.0E, they added some Bulgarian channels, but the signal was low?, people started wondering why they added them, since it already in another sat. Probably tests.

I visit forums that are associated with my hobbies, like satellite forums, tech forum etc. I also listen music, and post NSFW content(when I can) in other platforms(not in Reddit).

Hobbies are the only thing that keep me on the internet, apart from news and memes.

I used the username blackandred56, until one day I used blackrose56, and since then it’s blackrose56 or roserose56. I just liked rose.

You don’t, but for people like me, who want to save data, we download audio, especially 2 and 3 hours long and we listen all day long. Newpipe has SoundCloud too, I use it alot!

No because it’s a waste of money like Netflix etc. To be fair I saw recently on discord about new features, like pfp animation and looked great, but way way down it was written that I have to pay extra for it after I get Nitro. I wish I could buy it without Nitro.

(harsh I know) What they want to achieve with subscription idea? profit monthly ? make more money than before? Yet people can install linux, but in our side as linux users, we have to provide safe interaction in linux environment to new uers.

As I said(probably) in another post, you own nothing since you sing up and accept the terms. They can change the terms when ever they want, they can remove videos when ever they want or the rights for a movie or series end. If you want to have something, find a provider that sells and lets download files, so you don’t lose what you buy.

I don’t know to be true, when I did the change I didn’t many things to transfer. Proton has an article of how to switch, which looks easy and no need to export files etc. Also proton has a calendar too. https://proton.me/support/switch-from-gmail-to-proton

I had Outlook already, then created a proton email, and it came in handy when I decided to stop using Gmail. Now I don’t even need to do anything, I have already change email service.
