No, quite the opposite.
Honestly, I find the vast majority of the arguments against it to be be made from a point of ignorance, propagated by a rabid sub-set of artists looking to generate clicks for their sensationalist YouTube videos.

Perdido Street Station is probably my favourite book ever, and would make an insane film if done right.
13·15 days agoAs I understand it the game largely ignores a pretty big decision that was made at the end of Life is Strange 1, and also breaks up a major relationship with basically no real explanation. Consequently I think it was boycotted by angry fans, which might explain it’s poor sales.
