i have an ad blocker on my desktop so i never see them. as far as i know the adverts are particular to this isp and the others dont do that, but all of them block more or less the same amount of websites. this is actually one of the largest providers in the country too.
in terms of content of those ads they are largely the government line about the ukraine conflict and some other affairs. i dont think ive seen the typical 2010s pop culture bait ads. the videos tend to be some store advertisements like leroy merlin.
this is UW website at http://washington.edu(they seem to offer https but dont redirect to it by default)
besides those “news” ads there is also a popup video ad that i didnt manage to capture this time

my uni’s timetable :D
but yes otherwise its pretty obscure
my isp inserts ads into any http website
“stability” is irrelevant on desktop
i think eventually nothing will matter even to the living, so there will be no use for emotion or conflict. the fact that one doesnt know if theyll have food tomorrow, or if theyll be there tomorrow gives meaning to the fighting. so i feel that it makes sense that people are the way they are
this is a decent service for music https://www.music-map.com
why would they give you an ad space for free if they could charge for it. dog eat dog world
russia also wants a good relationship with turkey(and azerbaijan too) so they arent so concerned about the “peacekeeping”.
russia acts as a mediator in the conflict

im of opinion that strong copyright protects the vultures more than the artists, but i dont necessarily think it needs to be abolished. definitely should be way shorter though
but dont you think artists such as universal, sony and warner mg deserve to rightfully be rewarded for their work?
smart of them aliens to make themselves look exactly as pop culture of 20th century has depicted them
https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-runtime
can just enable it by first allowing steam play for all titles and then toggling use compatibility tool “steam linux runtime” per game basis.
editforsurethistime: seems arch uses the runtime version by default, so im not sure if this would help. my second point is more sound anyway.
but also unless youre a power user id rather be on debian, fedora, suse or ubuntu.
https://archlinux.org/news/grub-bootloader-upgrade-and-configuration-incompatibilities/
notably this has happened a bit ago on arch which i read about, then forgot before upgrading and so i booted from my flash drive to update the config
advantage of the bleeding edge is you get cut sometimes
perhaps someone should inform the author of the article
