all this is understood, but the access is what’s paramount, not the state of the media
I have too, it’s a very good movie
gottem (again)
now do demanding a microsoft account to set up windows
they chose … unwisely
I know it makes me basic, but I far prefer Nolan’s BATMAN to any that I saw previously, the camp aesthetic never really grabbed me, probably why I never got into comic books all that much
They figured out that egalitarian secular Democracy wasn’t meeting their racist ends, and couldn’t ever be forced to through the power of argument, so instead of changing what they want, they’re out to destroy the entire construct
“The Aristocrats!”
“all the frustrations of youth” for only $200!
Before the internet you would have to go to a library to read a book you didn’t want to purchase. Libraries are still a thing. You can still go there to borrow a book, read it, and return it, so that others can read it.
The only difference here is the magnitude of access, where publishers weren’t very concerned with at the local library level for token public good, but are very much now alarmed with, in that the internet can distribute content to everyone all the time, content they were very much hoping to continue to monetize.
It’s information gatekeeping, but no one is going to tell the publishing industry they might as well fold up shop and stop publishing because they can’t make any money at it any longer.
when push comes to shove, local government will either do the right thing (like this), or put their cities on a ticking clock to disaster and implosion. people need places to live. workers need to live where the work is. if only tourists are able to afford to stay in cities, those places will die.
i can see it from fedia.io (mbin)
there’s a gif here, if you can see it [posted from fedia.io mbin]
Jen Lawrence is pretty, but the only thing I ever saw her in I enjoyed was Winters Bone, and that was a very long time ago now. She became interesting over The Fappening, seeing how “active” she was in her personal life, but from this one guys view, not so much there, professionally. I look forward to be proven wrong.
for 20 bones all in, it’s one of the most utilized pieces of technology i own, for doing the simplest of shit, it’s perfect
I bought the device (s), I use it to turn on/off my lights, ask it the time and date every now and then, everything it prompts me for is annoying as fuck. I’m not paying a monthly fee for a device that I purchased to do simple tasks that were included when I bought it.
well, no, the reason is commercial, chicken is one of the cheapest and easiest proteins to raise in the smallest amount of space, which works out better for those of lesser means. everybody loves fried chicken, sure, but it’s not the reason it’s always been a stereotypical hallmark of the American Black population
