The buttons and d-pad should suck too, they are too flat
The only thing keeping me on youtube is the fact that i still can have a rss feed (since the app wasn’t a good way the check for new videos) and that third party front-ends still work, if they manage to destroy all the third parties apps like reddit i’m out
Is not chromium, has a good UI, supports manifest v2, is open source and have native support for autoscrolling on linux
I have a pc with a old nvidia gpu (gt 635), i have only had 2 problems with it, wayland runs really slow and plasma not even open in wayland, the other problem only happens on arch linux where most of my steam games don’t work or don’t work well on the native steam client, but works fine in the flatpak version, but i don’t have that problem in pop os. So i would say that old nvidia gpus may have some problems, but it don’t seem to be a real problem, but if you can go with amd it will be a better option
We are 3% now, until the end of the year we might get 3.2%, how can this not be the year o the gnu/hurd?
Every year is the year of linux desktop
Yes, i did with my old pc, i used zero tier one to connect with it from outside my wifi, sadly a storm came while i was at work and it fried the motherboard
Syncthing is great if you wanna to sync everything inside a folder, i’ve used in the past to backup savefiles of drm free games, but for photos nextcloud is a better option since work almost the same as google photos auto finding the folder with images and asking kf you wanna to sync them instead of doing manually
I agree, but OP is looking for a client alternative and not a complete alternative
Since instagram don’t allow third party clients you could have your account banned, not just that but sometimes those apps could come with malware or spyware, so i would avoid them.
This is a problem in a lot of sites, the quick fix normaly is to use a new tab or to find a mobile client, i use lemmy on liftoff, but there are other good apps too like jerboa.
Sometimes a break is needed to play something different, like holocure for example, then more vampire survivors
Same here on Brazil, it cost my two eyes to buy it from a reseller
No one like anti-cheats, some games even run worst with them, and because of that people who pirate the game get a way better experience most of the time than the ones who pay for they games. Also some anti-cheats lock you from playing in multiples devices in a short period of time, so if you share your library with your family/friends orif you like to play on different devices, you may be locked out of the game for a few days
I don’t think they will because of the backlash with helldivers
