Yep you’re right

Worth pointing out that she died in August of 2022* - not long after Roe v Wade was overturned. Apparently it took a while for the hoops to be jumped through to officially call this a preventable death.
So it’s very, very likely that many women have died as well.
The drone operators video in the article explicitly calls out the commander for being corrupt, misreporting the situation on the ground, having Western contacts that he’s working with, and being involved in narco-trafficking.
I feel bad for the drone operator who was sent to his death for a shitty cause, but if the Russian commanders are like that, that’s a win for the good guys in my book.
There are videos of people reacting to hearing Megadeth’s Holy Wars… the Punishment Due for the first time. I enjoy the song, but I first heard it when I was probably like 10 and don’t really remember the first time. Would be fun to hear it with a fresh pair of ears.

That was a really fun book to listen to. He narrates the second one as well, but it didn’t capture lightning in a bottle the same way.
Nice to meet you, I’m George.
…welp, I gave it a shot.
Probably shouldn’t mention that if you get asked about how you got started at your kid’s school career day.
You just reminded me that I used to have that on CD. It was packed full of jams!
Before 2020, I had no idea that anything special happened on January 6th. Having a worry free transfer of power was something I just grew up taking for granted.
Could just round to “3 dollars”
Have your read 11/22/63? It’s Stephen King 's take on what would happen if a time traveler tries to stop the JFK assassination.
Great book, in my opinion.
Boss makes $3.44, I make a cent. Sharpen the guillotines, cause I can’t pay my rent.
Crysis was actually a result of poor foresight, with the developers counting on single-threaded CPUs getting more powerful and not accounting for the industry moving to multi-threaded CPUs. As a result, more powerful CPUs still couldn’t run the game well.
I started and stopped Red Dead 2 several times over a few years, because while I enjoyed the story at first, it just wasn’t gripping. Then eventually you get to a point where the story picks up and you’re hooked. It has such a good ending.
And how many wipes do they need after dumping their girlfriend?
That’s such a bummer. I was just talking to my son about him the other week, joking “wasn’t it weird that they got Darth Vader to voice Mufasa in Lion King?” Dude had an amazing voice.
I live in a red, suburban county. Almost every house in my neighborhood has a big ass pickup sitting in the driveway (because it won’t fit in the garage). Most of these dudes drive their giant pickups to work in an office building.
I asked one of them - an engineer - about it once. He said he works in an office but has to drive to job sites every once in a while, so he drives a truck. Keep in mind the dude does not do any manual labor on those job sites. But the people working there do - and he doesn’t want to feel left out.
I’d estimate that well over half the big ass trucks in America are driven by guys who want to fit it, but don’t actually need them. They’d be much better off driving something like a Nissan Leaf, but don’t want to get made fun of.
So are we not gonna talk about the whole area labels for cannibals?
Lol I think we’re around the same age. Definitely too young for evil clown Tim Curry.
It’s amazing how effective the right-wing media ecosphere is at protecting their candidates. Somehow they can take Trump ranting like a lunatic about immigrants eating cats - and then convince their supporters that it only happened because Kamala had secret spy earrings and the moderators were in kahoots with her.
