It obviously isn’t allowed. Just because you saw it doesn’t mean that it was allowed? Do you see someone breaking the law and think that the crime they committed is now legal?

It was mainly a joke but also Wikipedia allows for lewd images under certain topics like breasts or penis. Additionally they already have some level of bots that will check your changes and flash them for either immediate revert or human review. I don’t know if they have private detectors.
