We just wanted to chime in that you can avoid the account closure by logging into your account within the 30 days (since receiving the email pictured) and selecting the Cancel Account Closure link contained in the email.     There are two publishers who have not received a penny from my household since around 2013: EA and Ubisoft. Every time I see an article about these two being baddies it just reaffirms my conclusion from over a decade ago. Never buy from these two publishers and you will live a happier existence.
