I’ve seen a documentary about the Jan 6th timeline and one insurrectionist said this in an interview. He couldn’t think anymore and everything about it seemed like the best thing since the invention of toast. He allegedly saw his errors in hindsight. I’m more than convinced he is back in the cult.
