I personally cannot distinguish satire from reality. And no, it’s not because I’m credulous, but because every day incredible things happen. I don’t need fake headlines that are just as crazy as the real headlines.

Similar. Riding on rollercoasters, watching wholesome cartoons, and reading good fiction don’t feel childish to me, they just feel like well-deserved fun. Why associate that with childhood, when childhood lacked freedom?

I always had vibes of why Click is so bad, that it cheats at evoking emotion, that the main character is an ass and still doesn’t earn his torture–and that torture goes on and on and on and …!–and that he doesn’t even learn any valuable lessons in the end!

Then Big Joel did me the favor of analyzing why Click is so terrible. So yeah, even without seeing CK, the choice is laughably easy.

This is usually true enough for rule of thumb, but can vary wildly by geography. I would be willing to help smuggle a gender minority out of a rural zone, whereas I wouldn’t be too surprised to hear “ze/zim” in some cities. In general, the GSRM community will appreciate a cis ally signaling ally-ship. OP, as long as it’s safe for you, the community would appreciate your announcing pronouns; it signals that you are not a totally garbage human.

Yes, it is a power that should be used responsibly. Just as one shouldn’t block every stupid commenter, only the egregious ones, the likes and dislikes should be saved pretty much for the bigots outing themselves.

According to the inventors of sin, sin is a crime or offense against God. If there is no deity, sin is impossible to commit. Also, they say all sin is equal: you are equally condemned for committing murder or for looking at someone lustfully. So this question, as worded, is deceptively hard to answer.

If you’re asking “what’s the most awesome thing you’ve done that people would consider a sin” well, I’d probably add to the list of people who answered with atheism, as questioning and searching for the truth is taboo in Abrahamic societies.

If you’re asking “what’s the most awful thing you’ve done?” Well, it might be somewhat tame, but I wake up in a cold sweat sometimes when I think about it. Imagine a 13-year-old kid confident of having the answers to someone’s questions, when a life is on the line.

That the US Government killed MLK. I looked at the Wikipedia article (I’m saying my knowledge is not that in-depth, don’t @ me), and the case in either direction is less than compelling to me. I’d say if the government didn’t kill King, it would have been a matter of time.

As a replacement option for thunder foot, try Paulogia. I enjoy Viced Rhino for more scientific looks at anti-evolution claims, but he might be too condescending for you; he does have at least one playlist where he explains all the evidence for evolution without reacting to any one person that you might enjoy, though.

Honestly, like some other comments pointed out, you may be happier with explanations that aren’t framed as responses. Philosophy Tube comes to mind. Just be aware that no matter the tone, condescension may be steeped into a person’s massage.

Gosh, you remember more about that movie than I do; I spent a lot of the time in that theater waiting for the plot to develop. Or, you know, character interactions to change. I felt like the movie should have been cut in half. But rather than hate on Rey being a main character, I’ll just get on with my life tyvm.
